How do I use a menstrual cup?
Insert

  1. Fold and hold your cups with clean hands
  2. Insert your cup toward your tailbone
  3. Let it open and rotate it slightly, creating a light seal

Removal

  1. Relax and find the base on your cup with your fingers
  2. Pinch the base of the cup to break the seal
  3. Remove & empty.

Life changing!

This is my first cup ever and while I was initially hesitant at the thought of using a menstrual cup, I quickly noticed that it was easy to use and felt much more comfortable than a tampon - you forget that it’s even in after a few mins! Could not recommend it more!

Great cup in my journey to use cups

I am transitioning from using pads to cups and overall enjoyed my experience with the Lunette cup. The instructions that came with the cup made it very clear on how to use it. I also liked that the stem of the cup was pretty long and you could cut it shorter as per your needs.

Great for beginners like me

This was the first one I’ve tried and it worked well for me after a few tries. There were leaks the first few times but that might be due to the fact that I was still figuring out the proper way of using it and how it felt. I plan to get another one as an alternate. It’s too bad I only tried this now, but better late than never!
