Period Poverty & Education
Education for one menstruating person can break the cycle of poverty for generations.
“When I started Saalt, I knew girls' education would be a key part of our social mission. Education has done more to shape our confidence, prosperity, and fulfillment in life than any other single factor. Yet so many girls are halted early in their educational pursuits. The loss of potential is heartbreaking, and yet the solution is simple. We're passionate about the power one cup has to help a girl finish school, provide for her family, and afford her the confidence to care for her needs. I envision a world where our daughters and girls everywhere are limited by nothing but their own hard work and resolve to accomplish their dreams.”

I would typically think of heavy absorbency as sufficient to get anyone through a full workday without having to worry. I wouldn't dare risk that with this one - you'll probably need a change mid-way. Material is fairly lightweight and thin (compared to other Thinx ones I've tried that had similar 'real' absorbency. I gave this a shot because of other reviews that said the underwear was really breathable and comfy. I found it still more 'plasticky' than I'd like, so I would stick to LoveLuna for subsequent orders.
Saalt Period Underwear Elemental Mesh Hipster - Heavy Absorbency
Size range not petite friendly. Overall material is thinner than other period underwear brands.
Good for light days
This is really comfortable, flattering and makes me feel good on my period. I would recommend wearing this on light days as it leaked right through on my first day (even with a cup) ): I like that it is thin and doesn't feel bulky like how the more absorbent Thinx underwear is.
Very comfortable, felt like normal underwear. Mostly felt dry during my period. I was free-flowing and it only leaked a little after I wore it almost an entire day (about 18h).
