Lunette Cupwipes are made from viscose - a biodegradable material that breaks down quickly. You can compost the used wipe.

First blot and dry the cup with a tissue, then wipe it clean with the Lunette Cup Wipe. The wipes are not meant for cleaning your genital area - too strong for your delicate skin. The cup must also dry completely before you insert it again but that only takes a moment. Dispose the used wipe, put the cup back in and you're ready to go!
