Saalt Menstrual Cup
The Saalt Cup is a reusable soft silicone cup worn internally like a tampon, but collects—rather than absorbs—your period. It stays in place by creating a seal between the cup and your vaginal wall. Once your cup is filled, you simply empty, rinse, and reinsert the cup for another 12 hours of protection.
The Saalt Cup is a reusable menstrual cup made of 100% medical-grade silicone and includes FDA compliant dyes, making it biocompatible and hypoallergenic.
Includes one cup + one carry bag.

Period Poverty & Education
Education for one menstruating person can break the cycle of poverty for generations.
“When I started Saalt, I knew girls' education would be a key part of our social mission. Education has done more to shape our confidence, prosperity, and fulfillment in life than any other single factor. Yet so many girls are halted early in their educational pursuits. The loss of potential is heartbreaking, and yet the solution is simple. We're passionate about the power one cup has to help a girl finish school, provide for her family, and afford her the confidence to care for her needs. I envision a world where our daughters and girls everywhere are limited by nothing but their own hard work and resolve to accomplish their dreams.”

Moving to the Saalt cup is a life changer and completely eliminates the monthly wastage of pads and tampons which are expensive and damaging to the environment. Seriously recommend!
After trying seven other cups of various sizes and lengths, I finally got the regular Saalt. I even tried the soft thinking I couldn't handle the normal hardness, but my pelvic muscles were too strong and the cup would move which meant a lot of leakage. Really happy with this. Comfortable and clean. It took me two cycles with this cup to get used to pulling it out quickly, but I got it now. So clean and easy now to use!
Very good product. Regret not buying it earlier.
It’s quite easy to figure out how to use it, and what sort of folds work better for you. Took a couple of days for me to improve on insertion and removal, but it’s so convenient once you get it. No more wasting pads, no more bloody messes or smells when I go to the bathroom, getting to wear whatever I want without it being super bulky from pads or whatever.
