The Saalt Soft is made with an ultra-soft silicone formula designed to be both gentle and super comfortable for those with bladder sensitivity, cramping or discomfort with firmer cups.

The Saalt Soft was designed in collaboration with the cup experts at Put A Cup In It, who have helped over a million menstruators find their goldilocks cup.

"Our goal was to create, with Saalt, a cup that would combine their “just right" shape with a new, softer firmness that is ideal for those with sensitivities. Saalt, who is wonderfully receptive to customer feedback, immediately loved the idea, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring this collaboration to life. We love our Saalt Soft and think you will, too."

— Kim Rosas & Amanda Hearn, Put A Cup In It

Which menstrual cup is right for me?
There are several factors to consider when choosing a menstrual cup, namely the amount of flow, your anatomy, the location of your cervix, and the stiffness of the cup. Read our guide on how to select the right menstrual cup based on these factors.

How do I use a menstrual cup?

  1. Fold and hold your cups with clean hands
  2. Insert your cup toward your tailbone
  3. Let it open and rotate it slightly, creating a light seal

  1. Relax and find the base on your cup with your fingers
  2. Pinch the base of the cup to break the seal
  3. Remove & empty.

Period Poverty & Education
Education for one menstruating person can break the cycle of poverty for generations.

“When I started Saalt, I knew girls' education would be a key part of our social mission. Education has done more to shape our confidence, prosperity, and fulfillment in life than any other single factor. Yet so many girls are halted early in their educational pursuits. The loss of potential is heartbreaking, and yet the solution is simple. We're passionate about the power one cup has to help a girl finish school, provide for her family, and afford her the confidence to care for her needs. I envision a world where our daughters and girls everywhere are limited by nothing but their own hard work and resolve to accomplish their dreams.”

love it

beginner cup user. initially got the regular sized one after doing the quiz but i had difficulties inserting it. bought a small after and it fit great. problem was that it overflowed after 2h on the heaviest period day, so i'm still trying to figure out whether a small or regular actually fits my needs better. nevertheless, still the best period ever, best period sleep! goodbye pads!

Good for beginners

This is my second menstrual cup after several years of using the Lena cup. It's much more pliable which makes insertion easy. Where I used to only use the punch down fold, I find that with the Saalt cup you can just as easily use the C-fold with no discomfort at all. Only downside is that because it's not as firm the suction isn't as strong, so once the cup is full the leakage flows a bit more heavily than with my other cup. The Period Co got the product sent over quickly though!

Was using another brand and came across Saalt, bought the small version. In comparison, this is much softer and works well with my sensitive skin. Very happy with my buy and likely to get the regular size next.

Much easier than I thought!

I have never used a cup & am so glad I got this as my 1st. I got the cup in on my 2nd try, never had an issue thereafter. Fav fold is 7 - gets in every time, pops up, no leaks!! I never felt better, drier, more comfortable, less irritated & guilt-free. Never, ever, going back to disposable pads/tampons!

life changer

this is my first cup and I've been using it for 2 cycles. its so comfortable that i almost don't feel it there especially on heavier days! a good cup to start for beginners if you're worried about cramps or being able to feel it too much.
