Saalt Soft Menstrual Cup Duo

Amazing!
As it is my first time using it, it takes some getting used to. But once you get the hang of it, no more Niagara Falls and stained underwear! I like that there's 2 sizes for me to choose from.

The Softest Cup!
I have a traumatic experience with a random brand of menstrual cup which was actually quite hard. It took me about 20 minutes just to get him (yes I refer to my uterus/menstrual products as 'him' :> ) out. The Saalt cup is so much softer and even more comfortable to wear compared to my previous one. In terms of taking the cup out, once I managed to get a grip of the base, it was very easy to come out. Gripping the base with the Saalt cup is a lot easier! Although I guess it takes some practice to get used to finding the grip (it didn't help that my cervix is quite high and I wore it to sleep the first time). Anyway, best cup and worth the investment!

My favourite cup and I'm a first timer
It was a pleasant experience. It was much easier to remove than other firmer cups. I'm sooo happy I did my research and bought this one. I think it's perfect for a first timer. Super easy to insert as well, no issues with the cup not opening the whole way. I love that I have 2 sizes to switch between on my lighter days and heavier days.

Love the product!
First of all, the PACKAGING! It brought me a lot of joy to unbox because of how cute the packaging was, and because of the many little well-designed pamphlets, pouches etc. I admit it was a little intimidating initially when I saw the menstrual cups. Since I’m a virgin and I’ve been living my life using pads, I was pretty afraid of stuffing a whopping cup in me. Since I wasn’t used to it, the first few times using the cup was pretty messy and frustrating (and tbh slightly painful because I didn’t know what I was doing). I was spending more than 10min in the bathroom just trying to insert it and take it out, and I kept thinking things like “should I just go back to using a pad??? I won’t have to go through this trouble every time I get my period...” But I stuck with it, and by my 2nd cycle, I got so used to inserting and removing the cup that it took me only a minute doing so! I’m never going back to using a pad again! So yes, the learning curve is pretty steep, but stick with it and you won’t regret it! Some tips I have is that when removing the cup, clench your abdominal muscles like you would when you’re pooping. Do it a few times, and the bottom of the cup will be exposed for you to pinch easily :)) All the best!!
