How do I wash cloth pads?
Cloth pads can be hand washed or machine washed. Soaking or rinsing soiled pads in cold water before hand/machine washing helps to remove as much blood as possible and prevent stains.
How long can the pads last?
Depending on how often they are used, cloth pads for daily use tend to last about 18 months to 2 years, while pads that are used just once a month typically last longer — anywhere from 3-7 years.
Do cloth pads smell?
Many cloth pad users have reported that there is very little or no smell at all. Cloth pads allow moisture to evaporate, and less moisture means fewer bacteria to produce unwanted smells.

Eco Femme is a women-led social enterprise founded in 2010. Based in Tamil Nadu, India, their goal is to create environmental and social change through revitalising menstrual practices that are healthy, environmentally sustainable, culturally responsive and empowering.
Pad for Pad Program
Pad for Pad connects customers and adolescent girls in India through the shared experience of menstruation, respect for our bodies, and love for the earth. When people around the world choose to use Eco Femme's cloth pads, their purchase ensures that other girls, who might not otherwise be able to, get to access clean, alternative menstrual products and answers to their questions. It’s an idea we like to call ‘eco-sisterhood.’
Pad for Sisters
Eco Femme provides cloth pads in bulk at a subsidised price which reflects willingness of Women Self Help Group members to pay (based on research and market trials). Alternatively for organizations or clubs interesting in sponsoring cloth pads for people who otherwise could not afford the products, they offer bulk rate discounts.

I really recommend this pad. Initially I wasn’t sure if I’d like using a non disposable pad. However it’s comfortable and easy to wash. One thing to note is that the pad has shrunk a bit after first wash. Although the size is still sufficient as long as it’s regularly changed. I’m glad I gave this a try. Feel proud of myself as I don’t generate any waste anymore! Hope more people will use these reusable pads!
The Night Pad is soft, comfortable and long enough. But blood still leaks from the side guards.
Works well. The length is not super super long. But enough for my night/heavy flow. Slightly difficult to fold with the buttons on. But other than that, great product.
It was excellent. The materials used are soft and it doesn’t have this thick pad feeling when you put it on. Comfy and airy. A little difficult to wash out the stains thoroughly but managed to do wash out 99% after scrubbing it a few times. The length wise is good.
I have used this for 2 periods now, and compared to the other cheaper reusable pad brand that I have used and my old disposable pads, this was more comfortable to use. It was highly absorbent and handled my heavy flows rather decently but it does tend to bunch up in the centre and spilling over the sides instead of spreading evenly throughout the pad. I would recommend the day pad over this night pad, and changing it regularly when on heavy flow or using the menstrual panties for night if you are worried about leakage.
