period wear questions?
The period wear features multiple layers for comfort and protection. The top layer wicks moisture and controls odor, the quick-drying middle layer locks in liquid, and the breathable, waterproof bottom layer ensures leak-proof security. Available in absorbencies from 15ml to 50ml (3–10 pads). Can be worn on its own, or with tampons, cups or disc.
The period swimwear is designed for confidence in and out of the water. An extra waterproof bottom layer locks in menstrual flow, keeping you dry, comfortable, and worry-free. Available in multiple absorbencies, it’s perfect for light to heavy days, letting you swim, play, or relax with ease.
Wash your period underwear before wearing it for the first time to ensure maximum absorbency. After use, rinse in cold water (under 30°C). Do not soak. Machine wash on a gentle cycle, ideally in a delicates bag, and hang to dry. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can reduce absorbency. Reuse and repeat for long-lasting performance.

Menstrual Cups & Discs for Every Body
Whether your cervix is high or low, your flow light or heavy, or you’re a beginner or experienced user, there’s a cup or disc for you.
Body-safe, flexible, and leakproof, they’re perfect for everyday life, sports, and swimming — a sustainable alternative to disposables.

Menstrual Disc or Cup FAQS
Menstrual cups are bell-shaped and sit lower in the vaginal canal, forming a gentle suction seal to collect flow.
Discs are flat and round, sitting at the base of the cervix without suction. Unlike cups, discs can be worn during sex and are often easier to insert for people with a lower cervix or sensitive anatomy.
The right menstrual cup or disc should be comfortable and leak-free. Cups can be more finicky, requiring careful selection for your anatomy, while discs are generally easier to use reliably once you’re comfortable with insertion and removal.
Beginner-friendly: Cups sit below the cervix and rely on muscle tone, making them easier to place and remove without needing detailed knowledge of your anatomy.
Variety & customization: Available in multiple sizes, shapes, firmness levels, and stem types, helping users find the perfect fit for their body.
Learning curve advantage: Many users succeed on the first try and refine their choice with experience, making cups a flexible option for newcomers and seasoned users alike.
Simple fit: Discs sit in the vaginal fornix, making them effective for almost any body type, regardless of cervix height, activity level, or sensitivity.
Ease of use: With most discs similar in design and size, it’s mainly about personal preference for insertion and removal.
Innovations for comfort: Some brands offer firmer rims or designs to make insertion and removal easier and less messy, improving user experience.
