period wear questions?
The period wear features multiple layers for comfort and protection. The top layer wicks moisture and controls odor, the quick-drying middle layer locks in liquid, and the breathable, waterproof bottom layer ensures leak-proof security. Available in absorbencies from 15ml to 50ml (3–10 pads). Can be worn on its own, or with tampons, cups or disc.
The period swimwear is designed for confidence in and out of the water. An extra waterproof bottom layer locks in menstrual flow, keeping you dry, comfortable, and worry-free. Available in multiple absorbencies, it’s perfect for light to heavy days, letting you swim, play, or relax with ease.
Wash your period underwear before wearing it for the first time to ensure maximum absorbency. After use, rinse in cold water (under 30°C). Do not soak. Machine wash on a gentle cycle, ideally in a delicates bag, and hang to dry. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can reduce absorbency. Reuse and repeat for long-lasting performance.

Menstrual Disc or Cup FAQS
Menstrual cups and discs may look similar but differ in key ways. Both can be worn for up to 12 hours, are comfortable, suitable for exercise, and offer higher capacity than tampons. However, cups create a suction seal and are generally easier for beginners to insert and remove, with less mess and more size options available. Discs, on the other hand, sit higher in the body and are suction-free, can be worn during sex, and may “auto-dump,” allowing longer wear for heavy flows. They can be messier to remove and currently come in fewer styles, though newer designs are improving ease of use.
Easier for beginners: Cups sit below the cervix, are simpler to position, and require less anatomical knowledge or deep insertion.
More variety and fit options: Available in many sizes, shapes, and firmness levels, making it easier to find a comfortable, personalized fit.
Quicker learning curve: Many users succeed with their first cup and refine their choice with experience.
Good starting point: While discs can be great later on, cups are generally the better option for first-time reusable users.
Simple fit: Discs sit in the vaginal fornix, making them effective for almost any body type, regardless of cervix height, activity level, or sensitivity.
Ease of use: With most discs similar in design and size, it’s mainly about personal preference for insertion and removal.
Innovations for comfort: Some brands offer firmer rims or designs to make insertion and removal easier and less messy, improving user experience.
